• Pilates Reformer Classes: Susan is offering two weekly classes.  ---Wednesdays at 9am is a beginner/intermediate class for people who are working with an injury, limitation or chronic pain.      ---Fridays at 9am is a Knees and Low Back Class for those with issues with their knees/low back (or just a gentle lower body focused class with lots of stretching) in Royersford, PA.         Class size is limited to 5-6 participants, and you must wear a properly fitted mask at all times while you are in the studio.  BOTH CLASSES are Appropriate for ALL fitness levels.  

 

• Have a location for a DRUM circle you'd like to host?  Let Susan know, she's looking for new regular and special event venues.  Would LOVE an outdoor option!

 

• Interactive Sound Bath:   Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 10am to noon(ish) Think of this as a drum circle with a twist...a fusion of rhythm, vibration and healing circle.  Has anyone ever drummed or played a singing bowl over you?  Maybe Susan has in a session?  You know that vibration you can feel?  It has the ability to shift your energy, ground you and offer you healing if you wish to receive.  Adults only please.  This event is now full...want to join the next one?  Sign up for Susan's newsletter.

 

• Have you been feeling ANXIOUS or DEPRESSED?  Between normal everyday stressors, covid, Ukraine and all the uncertainty, people seem more on edge and that emotional energy gets lodged in your muscles and soft tissue.   I've taken a class to learn new ways to use Bodywork to address depression and anxiety.  This is not a replacement for mental health care, but a companion and support to help support you.  Great for kids, sessions are done fully clothed and can be done lying on massage table or seated in a chair.

• If you have been exposed to someone with Covid19, traveled outside of the county in which you live, attended any large gathering (indoor or outdoor)...please self quarantine and wait at least two weeks to schedule an in person appointment...or reschedule your existing appointment.  Many of my clients have rescheduled sessions for these reasons, and I GREATLY APPRECIATE every effort to keep everyone healthy.  Most of my clients are over 65 and want to keep coming for in person massage, and I need to help my mother who is 75 with a heart condition...this CAN ONLY continue if we ALL do our part.  Thank You!
