If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, kindly let me know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.  (48 hours notice required for scheduled house calls).  When you schedule an appointment, the time you select is set aside especially for you.  Should you need to cancel, I require ample time for the opportunity to rebook the time slot.  If you are not feeling well and are not sure if you should come in, please call 610-933-4611 or email susan@serenityachieved.com and I will let you know whether bodywork would be a good idea or not.  Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee charged to you for the time you reserved.
